Five Years of Halloween Scares!

I started the Tech Concierge journey five years ago on October 31, 2018 when I filed electronic articles of incorporation with the state of Florida. This happened after I attended a Goodwill Micro Enterprise class in Cape Coral in 2018. I recommend you look into this class if you are thinking of starting your own business. It is a lot of work and your evenings will be busy for six weeks. It can be a rude awaking when you realize all the details of establishing a business. However, you receive excellent advice and lots of encouragement from your instructors and fellow classmates which offsets the scary fear that seems to grow with each passing week of the class.

Here I am, five years later and each year at Halloween I think how frightening it is having my own business and trying to meet my customers' needs and expectations. However scary it may be, I enjoy meeting new customers and receive joy when I recommend and install new technology to meet their needs, or fix problems with one of their devices. To all my customers, I celebrate you and I thank you.
